LOYE M. BARTON
Loye M. Barton is a California native and has been a resident of Ventura County for the past ten years. Prior to graduating magna cum laude from the Pepperdine University School of Law in 1992, she was associated with a national oil company for many years. At Pepperdine University she served as managing editor of its law review, publishing several articles and was honored with a number of scholarships, awards and recognitions. Ms. Barton has continued to publish articles in a number of areas and lectures in the area of estate planning and corporate law. Her practice includes estate planning, probate and trust administration, corporate law and family law. Ms. Barton is active in a variety of community services. She has served as Treasurer and Chairwoman of Easter Seals Tri-Counties, California and as an officer, including President of Soroptimist International of Ventura. Ms. Barton is is a member of the Ventura County Bar Associations, and has served on its board of directors, as well as serving as a director on the board of other not for profit companies.
